A boot designed for classical mountaineering and for use with semi automatic crampons. Karakorum Pro provides the ideal balance between a sturdy and lightweight boot, while the wide fit guarantees enhanced toe comfort. The uppers are made from Idro-Perwanger leather and incorporate the 3D flex system hinge which allows the ankle to make the most of its natural movement without losing stability. The Vibram® sole with Impact Brake System reduces negative impact on terrain and helps keep foot slippage in check. The boot may be used with semi automatic crampons. Karakorum Pro is available in two versions: one with a Gore Tex lining, the other in Dry-Best®.
