A beautiful and easy addition that slips into the side pockets of Kånken (the largest laptop version 17") with metal fasteners. Since my own Kånken already has a side pocket on both sides, I wanted to buy bottle pockets on both sides, so that carrying full water bottles does not make a weight difference on the other side. The pockets could hold a 1.5l soda bottle or Nalgene bottle, but the downside of the pockets is that if the bottle won't fit, it won't fit, so there's no elastic band, which would be a very easy and flexible addition. other than bottles and wants to have the pocket closed. Getting the side pockets to stay in place/not fall out is still a bit of a puzzle when there is no attachment but just slips into place. So far this has not been a problem, but I still wouldn't put e.g. valuables in the side pockets. The following are especially good in these additional parts facts: not for the side pocket that is ready in Kånken bottles of that size don't even go and the ones that do take up space inside the backpack, because the fabric doesn't stretch in them either, but part of the bottle presses on the inside of the backpack. Thanks to the side pockets, the volume of bottles or other things carried in the side pockets remains completely outside the backpack, and the pocket can indeed fit a slightly larger water bottle.

Easy to assemble and very practical but it comes off a little too easily. When you pick up something that is a little tight, the whole pocket follows, and if you have nothing in it, I feel a little worried that it will come loose. It is not really so loose that the anxiety is justified, but it would feel much better if there was some kind of security lock. I suggest that you install a click button yourself.

Sits well in Kånken and holds most of the Drink Bottles in place. It is also well suited for an umbrella or smaller items enclosed by a tightening rail, which should be easily accessible, however, it is worth remembering the drainage opening at the bottom.
