Jag köpte och betalade för produkten i webbutiken. Jag valde hämtning från butiken som leveransmetod. Produkten var i lager. Jag väntade fyra dagar på att jag kunde hämta min beställning. Det var inget meddelande så jag kontaktade via e-post. Kundtjänstrepresentant sa att produkten väntar på att vara redo, välkommen att hämta. Butiken säger att de inte har den produkt jag betalat för, och inte heller information om den eftersom de skulle kunna leverera den.
