Hydra II on uusi HQ powerkitesin harjoitusleija. Harjoituspatjaleija suljetulla rakenteella, joka mahdollistaa harjoittelun myös vedessä. Paketissa mukana kaikki, mitä tarvitset leijan lennättämiseen (ei valjaita/trapetsia).

Harjoitusleijat on tarkoitettu leijan käsittelyn harjoitteluun. Harjoitusleijojen pinta-ala ei riitä aikuisen ihmisen liikuttamiseen kovillakaan tuulilla. Harjoitusleijojen puomeissa ei myöskään ole tehonsäätöominaisuutta (de-power) joten ei sovellu lapsillekaan yleisleijaksi.
