The double layer of mesh used for the uppers is closed and protective at the toe and heel and extremely open and breathable at the sides. It has been conceived to encourage water elimination on wet ground and to allow the boot to dry quickly during races. The uppers are extremely snug fitting thanks to the double layer of heat adhesive “Skin-Grid” which provides a differentiated structure to the boot. The toe box is connected to the lacing system to provide the maximum volume control, while the side grid provides foot stability and ergonomics.
