J'ai acheté et payé le produit dans la boutique en ligne. J'ai choisi le ramassage en magasin comme méthode de livraison. Le produit était en stock. J'ai attendu 4 jours pour être avisé que je pouvais récupérer ma commande. Il n'y avait pas d'annonce donc je me suis contacté par mail. Le représentant du service client a déclaré que le produit attendait d'être prêt, bienvenue pour le ramasser. Le magasin déclare ne pas avoir le produit pour lequel j'ai payé, ni aucune information à ce sujet car ils seraient en mesure de le livrer.
