Kupiłem i zapłaciłem za produkt w sklepie internetowym. Jako metodę dostawy wybrałem odbiór ze sklepu. Produkt był w magazynie. Czekałem 4 dni na powiadomienie, że mogę odebrać zamówienie. Nie było ogłoszenia, więc skontaktowałem się ze mną przez e-mail. Przedstawiciel obsługi klienta powiedział, że produkt czeka na gotowy, zapraszamy do odbioru. Sklep twierdzi, że nie ma produktu, za który zapłaciłem, ani informacji o nim, bo byliby w stanie go dostarczyć.
