Zwroty offers a 60 day limited right to return and exchange purchased products. This right applies to products purchased both in our webstore and in our store in Konala, Helsinki.

Returned products must be in flawless condition, unused and new. The sales packaging of returned products must also be in flawless condition and undamaged. All product tags, including price tags, that have been originally attached to the product should be kept attached to the product. Please note that for example a shoe box is a sales package for the shoes and therefore cannot be used as a postal package.

All returned products are examined by and retains the rights to decline product returns that do not meet the terms and conditions of the 60 day limited right to return and exchange purchased products. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible if the delivered parcel and / or products appear damaged or faulty in any way (including damaged sales packaging). Please demand that any visible damages that may have occurred during shipping are documented and noted by the employee of the shipping company when the parcel is handed over to you. Please also document (photograph) any damages to the delivered parcel before opening it.

The right of return does not apply to customized products such as custom-made clothing, made to measure cut ropes, engraved products, or licensed weapons and licensed ammunition.

The 60 day right to return and exchange products is measured from the moment that the customer receives the purchased products. If the products have been purchased in our webstore, the 60 day right to return and exchange products is measured from the moment that the products have been handed over to the customer by the shipping company or by our shop personnel in our shop. Customers are not required to state a reason for return.

We will refund the price of the products within 14 days after the return has arrived to us.

If you return the goods to our store we'll pay back by cash or directly to your credit card.

If you return the goods using a parcel service, please fill in the Return Form you have received with the goods.

NOTE! We can offer product change within Finland ONLY.

If you need to change products shipped abroad from Finland you need to first return the product and we will refund you. You will then need to make a new order on the desired product.

Returns within Finland are free (follow instructions in the Return Form). In other countries, the customer pays for the return. You have to pay the return costs from other countries, unless we have made an error. Just send us a copy of the shipping costs receipt when returning faulty or damaged products.

If the customer does not pick up the parcel or the customer refuses to receive the shipment, the fees will be deducted from the refund. These fees consist of the original delivery cost without possible discounts + shipping cost of the return package (= original delivery cost) + handling fee 10 €. If the shipment has been sent outside the EU and the customer refuses to receive the shipment and refuses to pay taxes, customs, etc. costs, and the shipment is returned to the sender, will deduct from the refund the costs mentioned above as well as the costs incurred from the export, such as taxes, customs duties, and the carrier's handling fees.

Product failures

If you notice a failure of the product, please fill in the form you got with it. Just choose if you want a new similar product or money back. There will not be any additional cost for you if the product is broken.

You can also bring the broken product to our shop but please contact us first that we have enough time to get the new product for you.
