Sign up for the Altra demo/group run
By signing up, you secure your spot in the running group.
Please note that space is limited, so we ask you to sign up in advance. If you can't make it, please let us know by emailing info@varuste.net so we can offer the spot to others.
Special guest and group run leader for the evening: Altra athlete Janne Snellman
The group run will be led by Altra team runner Janne Snellman, joined by ultrarunner and Altra representative Micke Hasselrot, and Altra product specialist, Tech Rep John Aslak Bö. The event is a max 5 km fun run in excellent company. It will take place in the lush and diverse surroundings of Malminkartano. Join Janne and the rest of the Altra gang as you experience the special features of the shoes in varied terrain, meet familiar faces and like-minded people, and enjoy an early autumn sunset run.
We will meet at Varuste.net’s parking lot at 17:30, where we’ll begin by selecting shoes and diving into exciting topics related to trail running and Altra products.
The run starts promptly at 6:00 PM.
Make sure to arrive early to find the right shoes and to join the group for warm-ups and pre-run chats. If you want to use demo shoes from Altra, plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start to ensure you have time to find the right size and model. While we have plenty of models and sizes available, the selection is still limited. You are also welcome to admire and explore Altra products and join the run in your own shoes—no problem!
Shoes available for display and testing at the event:
• Lone Peak 8 (women’s and men’s models)
• Experience Wild (women’s and men’s models)
• Timp 5 (women’s and men’s models)
• Experience Flow (women’s and men’s models)
Altra evening schedule:
5:30-6:00 PM
Altra representatives Micke Hasselrot, John Aslak Bö, and Janne Snellman will be at Varuste.net’s parking lot, to the right of the main entrance.
Altra test shoes on display, available for trying out, and informal talks about shoes and related topics.

Approximately 6:40 PM →
Return to Varuste.net’s parking lot. After the run, there’s time to chat with the Altra team (and of course, if you’re in the mood for some new gear, the Varuste.net store is open until 8:00 PM).
