Ho acquistato e pagato il prodotto nel negozio online. Ho scelto il ritiro in negozio come metodo di consegna. Il prodotto era in magazzino. Ho aspettato 4 giorni prima di avvisare che avrei potuto ritirare il mio ordine. Non ci sono stati annunci, quindi mi sono contattato tramite e-mail. Il rappresentante del servizio clienti mi ha detto che il prodotto è in attesa di essere pronto, benvenuto per il ritiro. Il negozio afferma di non avere il prodotto che ho pagato, né informazioni a riguardo perché sarebbero in grado di consegnarlo.
