Faber Mountain Expert 30"

This series of mountaineering snowshoes is made of 6061-T6 aluminium and features the ARCATECH shape exclusive to Faber with a powder coating finish to prevent snow adhesion. They are built with the Double Suspension pivoting system incorporating an axis made from high density carbon steel which is twice as strong and 40% lighter than stainless steel in order to provide superior comfort and control on uneven terrain. Positioned up front, this system is perfect for both on- and off-trail use.

This series has a two-color decking made of high abrasion resistant "TPR" decking (thermo plastic rubber). The "TPR" is specifically formulated to resist temperatures down to -105° F and as well as treated against UV rays. These snowshoes are equipped with the Quattro 360 binding, a triple lever ratchet buckle system binding and a 4 points toe box integrated with a powder coated tempered steel crampons that minimizes balling of snow. The six-inch-long front claw and the four-inch-long rear crampons provide excellent traction on rugged terrain.
