The McDavid 419R Multi-Action Knee Strap features adjustable buttresses to customise the strap to completely suit your needs. The adjustable two-way stretch neoprene wrap, hook and loop closures provide the best possible fit and highest level of comfort.

Wrap around support with thick foam side pads and velcro closures.
