The latest achievement of Marttiini product development is the Carbinox T508 steel, whose hardness is 56-57 HRC. The carbon content of the steel (0.5%) makes the blade easy to sharpen, and, thanks to the chromium content, the blade retains its sharpness extremely well. Wiping the blade dry after use is more important than oiling. Enjoy life and extremely sharp knife!
