You could make an omelet on a hike, even though you had no idea how much water you had to add to the powder. The package should have dosing instructions, e.g. for a two-egg omelette. In the wilderness, when there is no internet available, where can you find information. I will buy again 👌

This made a decent scrambled egg. They didn't even try to copy a fried egg, instead rolling it into lumps in a pan. The only minus comes from the fact (and I thought that consumer protection would also disapprove) that there is no dosage instruction in the package. I found a ratio in the reviews here and took the measurements with a digital scale before leaving for the trip. But it's a bit like that in hiking conditions, and I saw how to make a "kumkura tablespoon" repeat the same way every time. But I do recommend it, surprisingly good.

Great way to bring eggs. Also works well as a garnish with different dishes. The eggplant was just as successful, even though real eggs become tasty. I didn't have time to try pancakes with this. There was also a closure in the bag, which did not work in my own product. Whether it was full of powder or the closure was just broken. Good shopping for camping food and a source of protein.

I made an omelet on the deck of Trangia and it tasted like made from fresh eggs. The structure is a bit different, so the translation was not successful, but it also tasted good as an scrambled egg. However, the packaging bag can no longer be closed after opening, so it is advisable to bag it before leaving for the trip.

Functional egg powder, and so inexpensive that you just shouldn't bother to dry the raw eggs yourself. This can be used to make an omelet in the Lapland wilderness, which is hardly distinguishable from a civilian omelet. If only mushrooms had been found in the terrain, it would have been a treat! Because someone develops dried bacon?

There was nothing wrong with the powder itself, but the packaging is lousy to close. When it opens, the cavities in the closure are full of powder and tight sealing is really difficult and time consuming. The bag should therefore be tightly closed already during the filling phase, so that the customer does not get the powder on it and a little else when opening the product.

Works. Advance test at home from a friend received a couple of years old became the omelet whole egg, that tasted pretty munakkaalta, and ever since I've been carrying a few egg powder with the amount of varasapuskana almost every excursion. I don’t remember if there was any mixing ratio in the package (which some commentator missed), but if not, the dosing may have been successful by evaluating the average weight of the fresh egg. (There are 10 eggs in the package, 135 g. So one egg is 13.5 g. The average weight of an egg without shells is 55 g. 55 g - 13.5 g = 41.5 g, ie less than 0.5 dl or 3 tablespoons of water per egg .)
Also worked well on hikes in pancakes, rieska and muffins.
