It's great that this product is finally commercially available! Drying chicken eggs is the most laborious and messy of drying food for camping trips, and this bag has the omelette needs for hiking at a pretty good price ratio.

You could make an omelet on a hike, even though you had no idea how much water you had to add to the powder. The package should have dosing instructions, e.g. for a two-egg omelette. In the wilderness, when there is no internet available, where can you find information. I will buy again 👌
