Very comfortable boots. Sits perfectly on the feet and provides a good grip even on wet stones and branches as well as mud. For being low boots, they provide surprisingly good support for the ankles.

Extremely light and airy shoes. It feels like socks with bottoms, in a good way. Once I was walking in a favorite loop and my shoes seemed to dry quickly even though they got wet through. It is also convenient to rinse after crawling just under the tap. It is worth noting that if you want to go a bit faster on uneven terrain, you should tighten your shoes properly. By the way, they are prone to rolling on the foot due to their light and flexible structure.

Excellent shoes, comfortable and Quick lace are trump cards. Unfortunately, the sole of the first shoes came off after a few months of use, but I was able to exchange them for a warranty. I'm guessing a couple of Mondays. Salomon's shoes (including the XA Forces 8") in use suffer from a bad design in the cords, they are sharp and "eat" the cords. The same problem with Speed ​​Assaults. Good to be aware and book extra cords with you.

Also, the quickace that goes in through the top of the shoe tongue makes tightening the shoe very pleasant, easy and nice. The benefit of the ankle pull is quite minimal, because in such a short-handled model, the shoe goes on without difficulty in any case when the laces are untied. However, the materials are still very fragile, and I don't see a very long life for the shoe in heavy use. The shoes, which have been in active use for a month, are already very worn, even though they have not been used for any cross-country marches.

"Improved" version of the basic model. Perhaps "changed" is a more descriptive term. Fits the foot well and rolls when walking. In the old one, the strips were hidden underneath. Fits perfectly straight out of the box. Very light, the lining is flexible and comfortable, yet very durable. Salomon's Quicklace never disappoints. All in all, after just a week of use, one of the best shoes I've ever worn.
