Lightweight, good grip. The top, apparently aluminum lace ring wears out quickly (in my own use, clearly less than a year), after which it eats through the laces. Otherwise, you have to buy new laces for otherwise intact shoes every few weeks. I have owned four pairs of these shoes and it's always the same thing.

After a couple of weeks of use, these are comfortable and functional summer shoes. I went to the store to try on the shoes to make sure they were the right size, and it was worth it. I had to get a size larger than, for example, Jalas's maihari.

These are hard to improve on. Lightweight, quick drying, adequate support, good sole, quick lacing, reasonable price. Fits like a sock on your foot.

The shoe is light and comfortable on the foot. However, it gets wet quickly from even a little moisture and does not want to dry during the day when used all day. The seams on the heel inside the shoe are of very poor quality. They resolve after a few weeks of use when the hard plastic pushes against the heel. The complaint went without any problems, but the new shoes had a completely identical defect on exactly the same schedule. So this shoe is not for sale.

These Salomon tactical boots are the best I’ve owned—lightweight yet tough, with great grip and all-day comfort. No break-in needed. Perfect for long shifts or outdoor use. Highly recommended!

The shoelaces are beeing torned off all the time on my left shoe. First I thought I laced the to hard but it shows that the manufacturing on the eyelet is poor. I’m on my 4th pair of laces now.
