Lumonite Navigator2, 4195 lm has established its place in the toolbox of professional navigators and users who require particularly high light output. The renewed Navigator2 is an even more efficient superlight than its predecessor, equipped with a lighting part weighing only 115 grams, which offers performance and features that have not been seen before in this price/size category. Lumonite Navigator is designed and tested in Finland and has been granted the right to use the Design from Finland logo as the first headlamp brand in Finland.
The lamp basically works as a headlamp, but thanks to the ingenious way of attaching it, it can also be attached just as well, e.g. to the handlebar of a bicycle as a high-performance bike light. In addition, with the adapter available as an accessory, the light can be attached to the Gopro system, thanks to which the light can be attached to almost any helmet! In orientation work, it is most pleasant to carry the battery in the so-called in a battery vest. For more occasional use, the battery can be kept in a backpack, belt or even on the arm!
Lumonite Navigator has been designed based on user feedback and manufactured to meet the needs of the most demanding users. The combination light beam produced by the precision-machined lens of the Lumonite DX3500 lighting unit simultaneously illuminates the entire field of vision from edge to edge. Its central part extends up to 300 meters and the wide perimeter around it illuminates the nearby terrain from all directions with ease, along with the map. The light beam is wide enough to illuminate the entire field of vision at once, which provides a very pleasant user experience.
The Lumonite Slimcore lithium-ion battery supplied with the set offers a usage time from three hours to up to 48 hours, depending on the power mode used. It can be fixed with the ingenious Slimholder bracket, e.g. to the belt or the frame of the bike and the strong aluminum case protects the cells from shocks. The five-stage indicator in the battery tells you how much power is left in the battery at the push of a button. Intelligent battery management does not turn off the light at once, but lowers the power slightly before the battery is empty - this way you will not be stuck in the dark under any circumstances.
Both the lighting part and the renewed, significantly stronger and more comfortable Lumonite Ergo V2 headband are also directly compatible with GoPro platforms. In this way, there are almost unlimited mounting possibilities for the lamp, and Airi's lighting part can be attached, e.g. to helmets or bike bars!
PRO TIP!
Connect the Navigator light to the GoPro system with the new Gopro mount! With the help of this bracket, you can easily attach the lamp to, for example, a helmet, or just about anything! Check out the GoPro mount here. Adapter can be purchased separately.
The starting point for the design of the Lumonite lamp head has been the highest possible continuous power - and to that extent the required maximum cooling power. This has been achieved by making the entire lamp one large cooling element with cooling fins. The body of the lamp is machined from a single piece of aluminum, and thus the best possible heat transfer capability is ensured. In addition, the advanced thermal management electronics constantly monitors the temperature of the lamp, keeping the light output as high as possible in all conditions.
One advanced function of the Lumonite light head is that it does not allow you to run the battery down at full power, even if it is possible. When the battery starts to be empty, full power would only be available for a short time, but with lower power you get considerably more usage time. Even after the official burning time has ended, the lamp continues to burn for a little while, approx. With an output of 250 lumens, more than an hour! This lamp will not leave you in the dark forest with a dead battery!

Quick guide
Using the Lumonite DX lighting series is easy - the lamp is switched on from the button on the top of the lamp. After that, pressing the button always switches to the next power mode in the order low-med-high-max. The maximum mode can also be reached from any power mode by double-clicking. From the Max mode, double-click to return to the previous mode.

You also marketed the product in question as suitable for bicycles. You'd think that a device in that price range would also have the tricks for mounting. There was a piece of strap to secure the battery, completely non-functional. There was no attachment for the light to the handlebar. The attachment intended for the head cannot be used when spinning, the helmet prevents its use.
The customer service did not understand anything about it.
It works flawlessly as a headlamp, I haven't tried it.
All in all, the lamp is not worth the money it is paid for.

Bought for navigation. Quite adequate for your own navigation use. By mistake, a universal version was purchased, which seems inconvenient. Favorite. Purchasing a direct version of the vest for all speed classes, I finally bought the vest separately. A universal bracket might be suitable for cycling?
