Used once. Maybe it would take one camping season to give a slightly more reliable assessment. I filtered lake water, which should be an easy thing for this. It smelled like fish. Filtered water did not. And the taste was completely ok. I noticed the difference in smell when sniffing the inside and outside of the bottle. Tap water maybe became a little plastic-like with the first test filtration. It still tasted completely drinkable. It is quite heavy to filter, it does not work in the promised time. It does not matter how long it takes. Some people may have difficulties due to the heavy filtration phase. The bottle has a good spout. Good for filling other bottles. If you need to store water. The biggest benefit for me is that I usually do not have to carry large amounts of water with me anymore, except rarely. Water weighs a lot and takes up space. The filtration properties are very good according to the manufacturer. The capsule does not last long. Which on the other hand is also a credible promise compared to other filters. Based on a quick test, I believe I made the best choice for myself. Time will tell how that lasts.

Do the job. I didn't got sick so it works. A bit heavy and handle is a pain since you cannot fold it. Silicone on the bottom make it hard to slide it to the bottle holder or pocket. I would recommend it anyway.

A high-quality and sturdy device. The water filtration and cleaning ability surprised me positively. In practice, the water only had a slight discoloration, but no taste of the lake at all.

During the Rokua Emperor's Tour, the group ran out of water. We passed water from the salt pond through coffee filter paper into the Geopress and pressed drinking water from it. The water was very good and came easily.

The purifier works well and makes any water safe to drink. The filter is replaceable after a certain amount of liters. It filters water very quickly, which is a big plus. The bottle is sturdy but quite large and heavy, so less ideal for lightweight hikers. Overall, very satisfied - especially with the great discount from Varuste!
