Guaranteed Savotta. When empty, it fits into a very small space, but when filled, its volume is sufficient. When hiking or going on errands, yes.

He runs his business well. This is designed to be very packable, which then somewhat limits the ways of use. When I took water from the shore of a swampy pond and had to reach as far as possible to scoop up water without mosquito larvae, the operation was a bit challenging when the bag is ... well, a bag without a sturdy structure (like a pot). It's not a problem if you can push your hand straight into the deep water, but when reaching like that, you'd need some extra aid.
