Product description

A warm and sturdy back country ski boot in full grain leather with good support and comfort for demanding back country touring in the mountains. This boot is a reinforced model of the classic Skarvet / BC Advance GTX BC ski boots to be the perfec companion in hilly terrain with steeper slopes. The boot is winter lined with GORE-TEX, has a stable and heat insulating midsole, as well as anatomic insole. Memoryfoam provides comfort and together with the good fit in the heel this helps prevent blisters, so you can enjoy even the tougher trips and descents. The rubber mudguard protects and lengthens the life span of the boot. Guard Advance GTX W is especialy for women's feet.

The great stability and extra insulation means the boot is well suited for long distance ice skating.

Note that certain snow/crust conditions are an extreme strain on the boots’ materials, and with use under such conditions, increased wear is expected.

Size chart

Place a paper close to the wall and with bare feet place the foot on the paper, with your heel to the wall. Since it is important to stand up straight, preferably have someone help you draw a line in front of the longest toe. Remember to measure both feet as they might not be identical. With a ruler, confirm the measurement in centimeters and add additional space accordingly. For Backcountry, Touring and Expedition add approx. 1.5 cm

The approximate size of the packed product or the sales package is 360 x 350 x 130 mm.

High quality and reliable. Really narrow last, you can't fit so many socks in and then rub against the heavy sled.

The fit was good and the price was better than in the U.S. These are also hard to find in the U.S.

Very nice, durable, comfortable and soft boots. Not hard to break in at all. A lot of space in the front. Heel section a bit narrow though. But that depends on the foot. Can recommend them. I use them for skitouring only.

I wear a womens size 7 or 7.5 depending on sick thickness and went with a 39. My toes hit the end if the 38. Extremely comfortable and easy to move around in. I can fit super thick socks and they are so easy to lace up tight! Varuste must have fixed their shipping issues because I got my package in about a week from when I placed my order. So surprised and happy! Thank you.
