Comfortable for everyday use, I haven't had time to try them in more tactical use yet. Salomon shoes tend to be VERY narrow -> instead of the standard 45 I took 46 2/3 which works well, as a bonus this has a very spacious toebox when you take such a large size.

Light and sturdy shoes. Good grippy sole, except in winter weather it collects snow on the sole, which can be slippery, especially when moving from outside to inside.

I've only worn the shoes a few times, but my first impression is really good. The shoes have a fairly stiff sole, which is worth considering when buying shoes. The sole holds surprisingly well even on icy surfaces. The laces in the shoes were too long for my taste and I had to shorten them right away. A really big plus in the shoes is the ability to lock the laces, which ensures that the shoes don't get too loose, even if the knot in the laces comes undone. Overall, really stylish and high-quality shoes for work.

So far the shoes have felt very good. I've been wearing the Ollert for a few weeks now. Grippy sole on snow. Time will tell the other pros and cons.

The shoe fits like a sock. Good ankle support. The shoe is breathable but my feet stayed dry even when wading in the water at the beach. Very suitable for lighter forest trips. For a long hike, I would choose a slightly stiffer shoe.
