Durable, warm outdoor trousers for winter use. Fully lined with brushed mesh for extra insulation against the cold. Made from wind and water resistant G-1000® with double reinforcements over the rear and knees. The knee section is also pre-shaped and has a pocket for a knee pad (an accessory). Regular waist and regular fit. Six practical pockets, including a large map pocket on the leg and a multi tool pocket. Raw length.

Good fabrics. Not restrictive. The raw length makes customisation much easier. I wear them up Icelandic hills in the winter, and have even worn them when on duty as a ranger in the highlands. Never used the wax, but have sprayed with fabsil to keep them water repellant.

Better than I expected. The idea was that you don't need to wear long underwear when walking the dog in cold weather, but you don't need to when it's colder either. It was -22 C and it was fine for whatever it was like there. When it gets warmer, it starts to get a little too warm if you move around any more. These are a total 6/5.

Top quality winter pants. Just note that the pants come in a so-called "Long length" size, which means you will have to cut the legs to the correct measurements.
