Product description

The thumb strap supports your pushing and the return movement. The anatomically perfected style and breathable soft inner material with a wide contact area let the strap fit securely and smoothly in your hand. The Frame Strap Shark is made from a single piece and encompasses the hand 360 degrees. There is no overlapping material, which prevents blisters and bruises. The width can be adjusted freely using the fastener, while the direct contact with the grip ensures that all the momentum is transferred to the pole without a loss of energy. With the Trigger Shark 2.0 device, you can hook and unhook the strap to and from the pole handle lightning fast.

Good quality straps, the Shark click loop is still very modern and convenient, compared to all the other cheap plastic click in... but the frame strap is a little on the old side of conception for 2024, regarding assembly, ergonomics and weight. the Yellow Hem rim is not the most durable either suprisingly. The frame alone could be updated, the komperdell frame looks better, lighter, more ergo, and streamlined.

The sturdy close-fitting structure transfers power efficiently and positions the rod precisely in the palm, saving compression force. The poles came with a strap in S/M/L size, which fits perfectly with standard ski gloves (size 9-10). With thicker gloves, the thumb opening tightened and pushed the insulation together, so I bought a pair in size M/L/XL, but it seems that only the length of the wrist strap increases with the size. So I opened the thumb hole with a carpet knife from the side on the outer edge of the thumb by approx. 5 mm and finished the edges, which made my thicker gloves work with the strap. For colder weather and lower-speed riding, a traditional strap is more suitable, on which you can put all the gloves felt by mother and others without looking at the shape, but in the future Leki can always be found in the glove in "blue weather" and in milder weather, it is still so nice to ski
