Good spikes, hard fight. Sometimes the spike breaks if it gets stuck in a crack in the asphalt. I always keep a couple of spare tips with me when jogging. Easy and quick to change on the go. It is worth buying a diamond file to sharpen the spikes every minute before the Lenk.
