You can go well with this in the city, but the flap opening mechanism is not quite as easy to use as it should be in an everyday backpack. Similarly, threading a liter beverage bottle into the side tray always requires two hands. The space is good - it can accommodate both gym equipment and a laptop. Two large drinking bottles go easily in the side compartments, so this is also good for a trip. The coolers are suitably close together but still ergonomic so that the chest straps are not missed.
