Product description
Light, convenient hooded sweater that combines two different fleece fabrics to warm where it is needed most and keep weight and packing volume down. The hood, shoulders and chest are made from flat-knitted polyester fleece (partially recycled) with a soft brushed inside, while the sides, lower torso and lower sleeves are in a lighter grid-structured fleece with superior ventilation. Perfect as a fast-drying and moisture-wicking mid layer on day trips or chilly summer evenings. Comfortable hood and one-way zipper in front opening. One chest pocket and two hand pockets, all with zippers.

Purchased wanting a 4 season mid-layer, was surprised to see how thin some areas of the fleece are and concerned it would be warm enough - especially the back which is a perforated fabric. However after testing on a short walks with a 10kg backpack, it’s very warm and I needed to open the front zip for ventilation (approx 12-13 degree weather). Simple and practical pockets, although pocket linings are a mesh material so small, sharp objects (eg keys) may catch. Very lightweight but reinforced in critical area so hopefully strong enough to withstand hiking with packs!
