Primus Express Spider II

I switched from a smaller, lighter stove to this model because my pot had fallen off the canister-mounted type a few times—I wanted something more stable (I can be a bit clumsy). This model accommodates even larger pots, though it also boils food quickly in a small one. It’s easy to use and stable; it even comes with a foldable aluminum (?) base, which was handy on my forest trip as it meant I didn't risk burning the undergrowth. It is a bit larger, heavier, and more robust than the popular "Pocket Rocket" style stoves, but it frees me up to do other things while cooking instead of having to hold onto the pot the whole time. I think this would be especially useful for those cooking for larger groups; even very large pots sit securely on it, and it packs plenty of power.

Compact. Won't see action until later.

The burner tends to tilt when empty due to the stiff hose; I recommend using a gas canister of no more than 230g so that the canister can stand upright and the burner sits firmly on the ground on all its legs. A piezo igniter would have been a nice addition.

A really handy little kettle, this quickly became my favorite! It stands up solidly, is lightweight and takes up very little space.

Very good device, easy to use and allows the use of different containers. I recommend it.

I bought this when everyone said it was easier to adjust the gas strength with a hose and that's what it was so I can only recommend it. It also went into a small space. Waiting for new trips.

I'm slightly disappointed with the products, but overall, it's not bad.

A balanced and competent cooker. Safe to use.

Has there been a bad batch from the kettle? 2 cookers worked flawlessly for only a few days.
