— Show originalI am a hiker who, due to the massive rainfall of the last few months, could only walk on paved roads. The puddles and heavy clay soil make walking with waterproof hiking boots impossible. That is why I bought this boot. It has good grip and a reinforced heel, making long walks easy without back pain. They are warm but your feet do not get hot in them. Because they are high, your average speed is somewhat lower than with hiking boots. I have podiatric insoles that I can easily place in the boot. I find the insoles of the boot itself to be rather thin. For me, a great purchase.| Overall rating |
