— Show originalI don't know what it means that they have been tested to work at -50°C. Yes, my toes started to freeze in these shoes after standing still for an hour in -10°C. There are no problems when walking and the shoes are suitable for the Finnish winter. The sole holds up when walking on a snowy road packed with cars and does not require traction creams.

It's not the thickest felt, but it's still thicker and, with a thicker base, clearly warmer than some of the other brands, so these can be used even when standing still for a while in freezing temperatures. A little heavy, in the same weight category you can find thicker felts, but they have a lower availability and a higher price.
