strong for weight and size, not reccomended to use for rappeling however works if you double rappel and dont tie knots

My own use came for something completely different than the original purpose of the rope was probably intended. I made myself a budget model of a skipping rope for boxing. It works perfectly and I even got "handles" out of a three-meter piece of rope. The thickness gives my forearms a little work.
