Overall Impressions: I really enjoyed this bag overall and plan to spend some time modifying it to perfectly suit my setup. I’ll be periodically updating this review, as I'm very curious to see how its long-term durability compares to the heavier, more traditional Fjällräven backpacks. Pros: Design & Fit: Fjällräven's shift toward a lightweight philosophy suits this pack perfectly, and the adjustability is excellent across the board. Ventilation: The airflow through the back panel is fantastic. I took it on an intensive hike and experienced almost no significant sweat buildup. Side Storage: The side pockets are highly functional and easy to cinch down. I was initially concerned the hip belt pockets might be too small, but they are actually quite spacious and feature a internal lip that prevents items from falling out. Equipment Loops: The attachment points are great, and I primarily used them to secure my trekking poles. However, they can be a bit tricky to operate one-handed. Cons: Top Closure System: The top-cinch cord is woven into place. While this makes tightening the bag very easy, opening it is an annoying, two-handed task. Front Pocket: The front storage space is wonderfully spacious, but because it is only secured on the sides, it's too easy to accidentally drop items through the gaps. I actually had to use a carabiner to secure the front flap to the top of the pack to make it properly usable. Weatherproofing: Unlike traditional Fjällräven gear, this pack isn't made from G-1000 material, meaning you cannot wax it for water resistance. You will definitely need a pack liner or an external rain cover. I highly recommend buying a third-party cover, as the official manufacturer version is far too expensive for what it is.

Haven't taken it out on a trip yet but packed it at home to get a feel for how the carrying system works. Quite noticeable frame but nothing that makes it uncomfortable.
