Product description

Enhancing the popular original Tensor line, the Tensor All-Season provides increased warmth for year-round use without adding extra weight. This ultralight sleeping pad is designed to be a reliable choice for all seasons, maintaining its reputation for quiet comfort.

The interior of the pad features Nemo’s unique Spaceframe baffle design, which uses low-stretch fabric trusses to offer stable support and the perfect amount of flexibility, avoiding any wobbly waterbed sensation. Each baffle contains two layers of ultra-thin, metallized Thermal Mirror film that effectively reflect body heat, contributing to the pad’s impressive 5.4 R-value. This innovative floating construction eliminates the crinkling noise common in many insulated air pads, making Tensor known for its quiet performance on the trail.

Constructed with high-quality, durable 20D nylon on the top and 40D nylon on the bottom, the Tensor All-Season is well-protected against punctures and tears. Additionally, like all Nemo sleeping pads, it comes with a Vortex™ pump sack. The Vortex easily connects with the pad’s zero-profile, micro-adjustable Laylow valve, allowing for quick and effortless inflation in just a few minutes.

  • Two layers of Thermal Mirror film provide quiet insulation with an outstanding weight-to-warmth ratio
  • Extremely quiet for a peaceful night's sleep
  • Spaceframe™ baffles ensure stability and even weight distribution
  • 9 cm of cushioned loft for maximum comfort.
  • Bluesign approved nylon fabrics are lightweight and highly durable against punctures and tears
  • Vortex™ pump sack allows quick, easy inflation and reduces moisture inside the pad
  • Laylow valve offers precise inflation control, even in cold weather
  • Available in multiple sizes to fit your sleep system

Lightweight, compact, comfortable! Haven't tried it out in the field yet, though.

**Nemo Tensor All-Season, brief review (4/5)** Used for two nights in a tent during the summer; I am a side sleeper. It offers a stable and comfortable sleeping surface for side sleeping. The R-value (5.3) provides good insulation from below—more than enough for summer, with a margin for colder seasons. It strikes a great all-round balance between thickness, width, warmth, and weight, and packs down small. It is quiet, though the surface is slippery, especially against a smooth sleeping bag; this issue was resolved when I used my sleeping bag as a quilt. I prefer this pattern over the vertical baffles on our Exped mat. The only question mark: the inflation sack has a small opening you blow into, so I’m unsure if moisture from one's breath gets inside the mattress. If it doesn't, that’s an advantage; if it does, Exped’s large opening design is smarter. Suitable for those seeking a balanced all-round mattress rather than a specialized one. This review is based on brief real-world field use rather than long-term testing, so I cannot comment on long-term durability. 4/5.

After using it a couple of times, I am really satisfied (medium & wide model) – the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on, especially when you don't over-inflate it.

Really comfortable to sleep on. It worked well, at least during early summer in Lapland! It takes a bit of getting used to the rustling sound of the material (though it is minimal) and the valve, which opened easily if you tried to put in even a little too much air. The included inflation sack is a plus.

I haven't used it outdoors yet, but I'm completely happy with it, so I'll likely be happy with it.

I chose the Nemo because it has a good R-value for use in spring and autumn, yet it is one of the lightest sleeping pads available. My most important criterion was a quiet or silent pad, and this one certainly fits the bill! There is no annoying crinkling sound when I roll over. It is comfortable for side sleeping and easy to inflate and deflate. All in all, the pad seems to deliver exactly what it promises. I have only tested the pad once so far, so I hope it holds up without leaks during long-term use. The "Regular" pad is indeed narrow; I didn't want to add extra weight, but the "Wide" version would have been a solid alternative. When lying on your back on the Regular pad, your arms tend to slip off the edges. This doesn't bother me personally, but it was something I considered before buying.
