— Show originalMagnificent DVA (ARVA) that works very well. It is not a super professional model, but it is more than enough to go out into the mountains in winter safely, both so that they can find you and to look for your companions quickly, clearly and simply. I have done search practices with this device and the response is very good. I had already had a Mammut many years ago, and the evolution is clear and positive. For my activity, the superior model “S2” is dispensable, since it has many functions that I will never use in life, especially because, in extreme situations, I prefer fewer buttons and more none, and I am not a mountain guide nor do I need to complicate my life in moments of great stress, which I have enough of trying to remember how to unlock the DVA with gloves on.

A big advantage of the Barryvox over some other quality beepers is that the Barryvox uses separate batteries, allowing the careful skier to carry spare batteries.nice form factor, battery life amazing.
