Compared to old Drone HV: a new pair has lower volume and is more difficult to put on than the old model. Where the toe patch ends it can rub against the foot, didn't have that problem with the old model. The shoes quickly stretch quite a lot, and now they feel a little looser than the old Drone HV of the same size. The sole seems to be a little better.

Good if you enjoy stiff shoes. Choose the HV if you wear wide shoes.

Really good! The heel is amazing and it is great for toe hooks. But I do think the original drone is more sensitive when standing on small footholds

Very good shoe, good product. I recommend taking your street size.

Love these shoes! a bit stiffer than the OG drones but much more rubber coverage, feel like its constructed better too. Went a full size down from my street shoe size, from a 42,5 to a 41,5

Really good and comfortable shoes. A little stiff at first, but softens a little after a couple of uses. My shoe size is good, but if you want a little tighter and better, go a half size smaller.

Bought a size down from my usual shoe size. Very happy with these, although they were a bit stiffer than expected. Good fit for my relatively wide feet.

Larger than Drone CS HV. In the same size the 2.0 is är least 5mm longer. My first pair in the same size as Drone CS was to large, pretty cosy and climbable, however, not performance fit. Now, I have tried half a size down which imo is better, although a full size down recommended for performance fit. For comparison I now wear Drone CS in size 40 and drone 2.0 in 39. both are great shoes and I don't plan to go back to 5.10 hiangle (40 ²/³). The fit is snug all over with little to no air pockets. Great rubber and a rather stiff shoe that combines great with the drone CS model which is much softer and carries an extremely sticky rubber.

There is not much information about these shoes online yet, so there was not much information to support the purchase decision. Based on the internet, I was expecting shoes with a soft sole and adaptable to the foot. The experience was completely the opposite. The sole, all the rubber was really hard and it felt like the foot couldn't bend at all inside the shoe. The concave shape under the head put a lot of weight on the head. Based on the descriptions and YouTube videos, I was expecting a completely different shoe, which affected my experience. The sole didn't fit my foot at all, the toes became a really painful position. But I think it is suitable for some other use than that my own thought was. I was looking for a bouldering shoe with a soft and really grippy sole. The praised rubber material of the base and tip was attractive with its properties. I took a size 37 which is the same as what I wear in drags. My experience was that these were a little tighter than my dragon, but it would have certainly still gone if the last and the stiffness were otherwise suitable.
