Used in pole dancing. It works, although it feels a bit "wet" when you put it on your hands, it dries quickly. Maybe not the best ingredient for the sport, but quite good and the price-quality ratio is right. Enough.

For strength training, they say, the best liquid drink. And this is good. It also works well in the gym. A good-sized tube and the cap doesn't break right away, unlike those with the same hinged cap. Add a couple of swipes of palamanku and the grippi will last forever.
