Product description

The Blizzard Mountain Extreme is dedicated to demanding use on snow. The pole has a super lightweight tube with excellent strength and durability. The pole has a new extended Ergo/ Multigrip handle in EVA and cork filled urethane for maximum comfort on long skiing days. The handle is linked to your hand with the Sonic strap system. The strap fixation is bulletproof and strap adjustment is easily done even when wearing thick mittens. The flexible synthetic basket gives excellent support against soft/ powder snow but still works well on crust snow and groomed trails.

Good and stiff rods. I use 155cm poles in traditional skiing and I bought these in 160cm because that size was immediately available. The idea was that I would then shorten it by 5 cm, but when the rods came and I put the butt with the rods parallel to the hard surface, the measurement from the end of the spike to the exit point of the strap was exactly the same, so there was no need to shorten it. The strap can be adjusted even with gloves on, and the long handle can be held at different heights. The handle is a pleasant material and warm to the hand
