Calazo Muotkatunturit & Kaamasjoki 1:60 000, 2022

The Mootkatunturi wilderness area is best suited for experienced self-employed hikers. There are no marked routes here, but the traveler navigates with his own skills in the fells, river valleys and palsa plains.

River paddlers can enjoy the Inarijoki, the upper branch of the Teno, the Kaamasjoki, which initially winds as the Kielasjoki, and the Vaskojoki. The map reaches up to the fjords of the western parts of Inarijärvi.

We use laser scanning data in our maps, thanks to which the terrain information and elevation curves are more precise than before. Our map is printed on Tyvek material, which is water-resistant and tear-resistant. Thanks to the ingenious division of the pages, all the most important excursion destinations in the area can be found on one map.
