Sturdy and good for beginners. Length adjustment is easy.

A good, more affordable ice pole. Sturdy handle, but could be a little shorter. The poles don't come in a bundle like, for example, Lundhags' Striim. The advantage is the length adjustment, which allows you to use them as ice poles for multiple purposes. Lightweight. I take one of these with me when walking and cycling on ice to test the durability of the ice. When touring, I use Lundhags' Striim poles.

There's nothing else to say about that except that poles with good spikes and excellent tools provide acceleration and support even on slippery and snowy ice.
