Better than a normal sports cap. The bad thing is that the liquid comes through the straw, so the bottle cannot be completely emptied. There is no simple valve in the air hole, so the bottle cannot be tilted, because otherwise the liquid will drain out of the air hole. The Klean Kanteen sports cap has a clever little valve in the air hole that prevents this. I would have liked a cap with the mechanism of this cap (i.e. the mouth part can be folded down and it is tight), but the liquid is drunk in the same way as with a sports cap, i.e. by tilting and sucking. It just doesn't seem to exist.

Decent cap: easy to open, but the drink doesn't always come out easily. Is the hose closed at the bottom? It shouldn't, because the sizing was exactly according to the instructions.
