The Exped Versa 5R backpacking mat is a versatile, multi-use 4-season mat fit for a variety of adventures, including camping, backpacking and adventure travel.
Exped's Synmat Technology, with our proprietary Texpedloft insulation, ensures maximum warmth over the lifetime of the mat, while a 9 cm thick air cushion cradles the body. These air chambers run head to toe, fully supporting the body for an unrivaled night's sleep and giving maximum durability.
The durable and compact Versa sleeping mat features recycled 75 D ripstop face fabric; all Exped mats are certified carbon neutral by myclimate.

Very comfortable, fairly lightweight. Looks just as well made as my other exped mat which has lasted me over 10 years so far. The built-in pump works well enough but it does take time to inflate. The pumpbag maks the process way quicker and easier.

— Show originalThe filling is not as fast as those with a filling bag, but the mattress is filled quickly enough. The thickness is at least sufficient in terms of comfort. Emptying is fast.
