I finally decided to invest in a travel pillow. I researched these for a long time, because it seems that there are some kind of these available for every need. In the past, a travel pillow has been replaced with a wrapped piece of clothing or something similar, but it's just not the same thing, and it doesn't feel nearly as good as a pillow. For myself, I chose a hybrid model pillow that, in addition to the air bladder, also has filling, so it is also excellent for sleeping on the side, and does not weigh down the ear. At the same time, I bought two different models of Expedi's pillows, Down Pillow and REM Pillow. Both positively surprised. The cover of the pillow feels comfortable, and the pillow does not squeak or creak in use at all. Increases sleeping comfort significantly, I personally ended up with a smaller size because it fits better in the hood of the sleeping bag, and therefore does not run away on its own. Of course, both pillows can also be tied around the sleeping mattress with a string from the side loops, which is a good feature to have. Suitable for side sleepers.
