72kg, only 1.74m and chest 102cm. The medium fits fine, with plenty of room for layering underneath. The Vardag comes up quite large compared to some of my other Fjallraven jackets (Lappland Hybrid and Skogsö and the tight Eco-shell) Two-way zip works well on the Vardag, and I really like having a storm-flap for added protection that has five well-spaced studs. This can be a quick means to cover up, and also allows for even better air circulation. The hood is solid, with a velcro strip at the back and two elastic fasteners at the front. The hood is not removable or foldable into the collar. Good internal pocket, and chest pockets-all zipped. The two hand/glove pockets have single studs and can store bulky items. Living in Iceland I find the jacket perfect for spring and autumn season. Fine for winter too, with a few more layers underneaath. Recommend this jacket.

An impeccable winter jacket based on one winter. Keeps you warm and comfortable when you're busy. Spacious and properly designed pockets and zippers, things stay in place and don't trap rabbits. The collar should be separate from the hood, but it also works this way, when in winter the collar is almost always closed. There is also enough space in the collar to actually hold it comfortably. As a result, the hood is probably a bit small for a bigger head and longer neck, and it can't be changed or changed easily.
