Great product! It weighs nothing and when empty it doesn't take up any space in your backpack. Perfect for carrying water if there is no water source near your camp. At night, a full hydrapak can be used as a pillow.

Used with a water filter. The year after purchase (used for 2 weeks) it started leaking from the bottom of the cap attachment (with a water filter you have to squeeze the bag fairly hard for the water to come out - pressure, that is). The warranty exchange went well. We'll see how the new one works. But it's convenient and appropriate. The large cap makes it easier to use - and you don't have to tighten it hard to make it tight. Although pouring water into a pot, for example, requires a bit of concentration, because the bag is of course loose.
