When we started on ‘project OASI’ we wanted to create a curved climbing shoes that works as well on friction slabs and vertical walls as it does on overhanging routes and boulder problems, and to achieve this we had to re-think our whole design process and invent new technologies. The final result is a shoe of stunning precision as well as exceptional comfort. Its design and system of construction lets the heel sit lower while climbing and is superbly responsive to every situation, relaying detailed information back to the user in any situation.

A superbly versatile curved shoe.
The design and construction techniques have resulted in a shoe of amazing precision on every type of foothold and all kinds of difficult situations.
The angle of the toe-box and aggressively curved shape allow the heel to sit lower providing a greater feel and control.
Incredibly comfortable for such a high performance curved shoe.
Patented Draxtor Velcro closure system allows optimal adjustment over different parts of the shoe.

Very comfortable general shoes. Quite soft and sock-like on the feet. The heel cup fits your foot much better than e.g. sports shoes where the deep cup causes pressure on the Achilles tendon.

A good, snappy basic shoe for wall climbing. There is accuracy, but it is not a boulder shoe tuned to its peak. Quick and easy fastening mechanism. I missed a third thong, which would give more adjustment possibilities. Has not stretched quite as much in use as other shoes.

The fastening of the other shoe failed after the second use. Tenaya is a familiar brand and there has never been anything like it before. However, handling (repair/exchange/return) with the equipment network has unfortunately been very slow and difficult. The process is still in progress.

Very good shoes for bouldering. Choosing the shoe size was just very difficult. I normally wear size 43 shoes and I ended up with size 41.5 in these climbing shoes. The left leg feels good, but the right still squeezes after four climbs. Maybe the shoe will still be modified, but it's good to keep in mind if you know that your feet are slightly different sizes (I wasn't aware of this myself).

Excellent climbing shoe, I have not regretted. The only downside has been that the bones of my wide-legged feet ache in use because the shoe is so tight. Probably the same would happen with other aggressive climbing shoes, but I can’t say for sure.
