Artikelbeschreibung
The Horn supports the hand, protecting it from violent blows against the wall. It also is a safe and balanced support for the ice axe against ice. The Horn can be detached when a completely free spike is requested. The Horn can be fitted on all Grivel ice axes, even on the earlier models that have a spike with a clip hole. The Horn is a must have for "leashless" climbing.

WARNING: The Horn has been designed only as a support for the climber’s hand. It must never be used for belaying either the climber or partner. It must never be used for manoeuvres with ropes.
