TOKO S3 Hydro Carbon Blue is an essential first layer for extremely cold snow with temperatures below 14 degrees F. At these cold temperatures, it is important to harden your bases with hard wax. The hydro carbon blue is the first step in that process, because it is extremely hard, yet easy to work, and as a hydro carbon it will be more easily absorbed into the base. S3 Blue is an excellent friction resistant wax that can be a stand aone layer, it also makes an excellent base for fluorinated blue waxes, and it mixes well with Nordlite Powder. This wax is not a cheap, hard wax. It is a specially designed hydrocarbon wax for cold conditions that will make your hard-wax waxing easier. Size: 60 grams / one bar
