The Duo is a featherweight climbing accessory specially designed for training, it isolates muscle and tendon development of one or two fingers.
It will prepare your fingers for all kinds of grips!

It can be used as a lightweighted with a rubber band or a weight or simply as a bodyweight by hanging it on the first spit.
With its sober design made from recycled rubber wood, the Duo offers a soft-touch surface whose comfort and grip will convince climbers.
