Produkt som kúpil a zaplatil v internetovom obchode. Ako spôsob doručenia som si vybral vyzdvihnutie z obchodu. Produkt bol na sklade. Čakal som 4 dni, kým si všimnem, že si môžem vyzdvihnúť svoju objednávku. Nešlo o žiadne oznámenie, a tak som ma kontaktoval e-mailom. Zástupca zákazníckeho servisu uviedol, že produkt čaká na pripravenosť, vitajte pri vyzdvihnutí. V obchode sa uvádza, že nemajú produkt, za ktorý som zaplatil, ani informácie o ňom, pretože by ho boli schopní doručiť.
