— Zobraziť pôvodný textMilujem Plankpad ... oveľa jednoduchšie ako len plankovanie na podlahe. Plus mi to dáva motiváciu, keď to míňam každý deň prichádzajúce a odchádzajúce. Vynechávam to - takže keď to vidím na zemi, som viac naklonený k tomu, aby som klesol a urobil 20 - 30 sekúnd (som začiatočník). Robím to niekoľkokrát až mnohokrát denne. Milujem plánovač / plán a začínam robiť niektoré z ďalších navrhovaných krokov. Ahoj, som (aktívna) 75-ročná žena so zlými kolenami a náhradou bedrového kĺbu, takže mi môže trvať nejaký čas, kým sa dostanem do tempa. Tiež ma povzbudzuje, aby som si sadol na stacionárny bicykel, pretože sa cítim energickejší a menej tuhý. Polstrovanie je dostatočne pohodlné, aby ma nepoškodilo paže, a myslím si, že to pomáha aj trochu vyššie od podlahy (namiesto plochej na podlahe). Stojím na ňom aj kvôli rovnováhe.
